Hello all,
We’ve noticed that a few people still check in on this page, so we wanted to officially say goodbye and shut down this site. It will be up for another week or so, but that will be it.
My sisters and I would like to thank everyone for their support throughout this journey. We all miss dad very much, but know that he’s with mom…laughing and loving like they always did.
Each of you has been a blessing to the Tilden family and we are eternally grateful.
Together again…

What an incredible journey. I will truly miss Jim immensely. Not just as a pillar to me – but the entire Tilden family – to include Mrs. and the Reverend A Baylies. Mike – I so recall your dad coming over to discuss school – with my Dad (Dartmouth 53). I always have such wonderful memories of the Tildens. Greatly missed and may he rest peacefully. The Service was such a wonderful reflection of your dad. God Bless. Clark Burner
I have yet to be able to remove Jim’s email address from my Outlook groups . . . solution: create new groups. The tab to this page remains in my favorites so I look at Jim every day I’m at the Senior Center. Moving on is easy . . . leaving Jim behind is not. Thanks so very much for sharing; it has certainly made this easier. I will never forget such a grand and bawdy friend and there will never again be an M&M experience that won’t bring Jim Tilden to mind. Party on, JIm!
Thank you, Mike, for the picture. What a treasure to receive.
Thank you for sharing your Dad’s journey ! So fortunate to have Jim touch our lifes. Full of grace and humor that we will never forget. May you all gain comfort that your Mom and Dad are together at last. Blessings
Debby and Scott
Thanks for the great photo of Gini and Jim, and also thanks for sharing Jim’s journey with grace, love, and humor. We will all miss him. Liz Burns.
This site was a great idea, and I hope it helped the three of you and your dad as much as I know it helped those of us who have visited. Jim will be missed, but never ever forgotten. What a great man. Hope to see you all soon, and stay in touch!
-Matt, Em, Josh, & Kieran
Mike,
You dad would be pleased. You’ve done a great job with a difficult task.
Peace be with you.

MIke, Thank you keeping all your Dad’s friends and family in touch with his and your family’s journey. We are still “just down the street” if you need anything! Love, The Orrocks
Mike
Is it possible to get a complete copy of the site postings and comments for archiving? Sure would like to be able to go back and review all this sometime in the future.
Mike, Tina and Jan — Thanks for the blessings you have given all of us through the love you have shared on this website. Sure do miss your Dad. But we smile at the memories of his rich life. And we are truly enriched when we are able to connect with each of you. All our love, Rip and Beth.
